• Deliveries to WA can take up to 6-10 business days from order dispatch. 
• We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.
• Delivery occurs on business days between the hours of 9am- 5pm.
• To minimize delivery disruptions, please consider sending your parcel to an address that is occupied during delivery times.
• All parcels delivered to an address that is not occupied will be left in a safe place out of the weather.

• Australian Express e-Parcel delivers only within Australia at a flat rate of $15 inc. GST.

• Saturday Delivery for Victoria*

*Deliveries outside of the Australia Post Next Day Network will not be covered by the Next Day Guarantee.
